Profile

Hi there - I’m Jessica.

I’m a psychotherapist, trainer, and consultant with over 15 years experience working across the NHS, education, and community settings. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodivergence-affirming practice, and shaped by both clinical expertise and real-world systems experience.

I’ve worked therapeutically with young people and adults in a range of settings, offering both open-ended and time-limited support. Alongside this, I’ve led large-scale mental health and resilience programmes in schools and communities, working directly with staff, leadership teams, commissioners and young people to create environments where people can genuinely thrive.

Hello!

My background includes senior roles in organisations such as YoungMinds and YMCA, where I designed and delivered training, led multi-agency projects, and supported whole-system approaches to mental health and wellbeing. I’ve also contributed to research, programme evaluation, and service development at both local and national levels.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: difference creates resource.

When people are supported in environments that recognise and respond to how they actually function — not how they’re expected to — they don’t just cope, they expand. Too often, systems do the opposite: they force people into roles or environments that don’t fit, and in doing so, block access to the strengths that were there all along.

My work focuses on changing that — whether through therapy, training, or systems design — so that individuals and organisations can access the resource they already hold.
